| 摘 要： | 作者检测了36例正常足月新生儿以及36例高胆红素血症足月新生儿的脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）。结果发现胆红素脑损伤主要表现为Ⅰ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长，Ⅲ～Ⅴ波及Ⅰ～Ⅴ波峰间或异常，异常BAEP发生率，与正常对照组比较有显著性差异，且随着患儿胆红素浓度的升高,异常BAEP发生率逐渐增加。本文结果表明，BAEP检测是早期发现无症状性胆红素脑病的一种有效方法，并可随访预后． |

| Abstract: | BAEPs were measured in 36 normal newborns and 31 hyperbi1irubinemic newbonns. ProlonRation of latencies of wave I, V, abnormalities in interpeak latencies of wave Ⅲ～Ⅴ and /or Ⅰ～Ⅴ were suggestive of bilirubin encephalopathy. Abnormal BAEP findings in normal term newborns and hyperbilirubinemic newborns were 2/36, 4/12, 7/11, 8/8 respectively. There are significant differences between them.The degree of abnormal BAEP findings were clearly associated with the bilirubin concentrations. The restult shows that the BAEP test is a useful tool for predicting early clinical signs of asytematic bilirubin encephalopathy. |
