健康管理信息化服务平台构建与应用

目的：构建健康管理信息化服务平台的系统架构.方法：参照国内外研究资料,分析北京小汤山医院对健康管理对象的需求及系统主要业务流程,从建设目标、信息平台架构等方面,提出了整体设计思路.结果：提出了健康管理信息化服务平台的建设目标,设计了一种系统架构,并详细论述了该架构的组成要素及相互关系.结论：该系统架构为“十二五”期间研发和部署我国健康管理信息化服务平台提供理论基础与参考模型.

Construction and Application on Health Management Information Service Platform

Objective：To build system architecture of health management information service platform.Methods：With a review of some references home and abroad,to analyze the demand of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital to the health management service and the mainly business processes of whole system,and propose a set of design method on the basis of construction goals and information platform＇s building,etc.Results：To put forward the construction goals and architecture system of the health management information service platform,as well as discuss the components and mutual relationship of the architecture in detail.Conclusion：The results of this paper can provide theoretical basis and reference model for the construction of health management information service platform during the 12th Five-Year Plan.
