我国公立医院财务信息化建设现状分析与建议

随着医院财务管理职能的不断深入,医院管理者希望通过加强医院综合运营管理来达到提高医疗质量、降低医疗成本、提高运营效率的目的,但现有的财务信息系统己经不能满足医院经营管理的需要.对我国5省（市）30家公立医院财务信息化建设现状进行调研,发现医院财务信息化建设中存在的建设资金不足、缺乏整体规划、制度不健全、服务依赖外包和财务数据利用率低等问题,并针对公立医院财务信息化建设中的难点和主要问题提出了相关建议,对公立医院财务信息化建设具有指导意义.

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Financial Informationization Construction of Public Hospital in China

With the development of the functions of financial management of hospital,hospital managers hope to improve medical quality,reduce the medical cost and improve the efficiency of operation by strengthening the comprehensive operation management of hospital,but the existing financial information system cannot meet the needs of operation and management of hospital.When the financial management of hospital transfers to the integration mode of financial business,shortage of informatization construction funds,the lack of overall planning,unsound system,services depending on outsourcing,low utilization rate of financial data and other problems existing in the financial information construction seriously hinder the financial business integration process.In this paper,the current situation of financial informatization construction of public hospitals in China is sunmmarized.Related suggestions on difficulties and main problems in the financial informatization construction of public hospitals are put forward.It has a guiding significance for financial business integration of public hospitals.
