5%甲硝唑溶液阴道擦洗治疗细菌性阴道病42例

目的：比较甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病两种给药途径的疗效。方法：将84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组采用5%甲硝唑溶液局部擦洗，qd或qod；对照组给予甲硝唑片400 mg，tid，po，连续7 d。停药1周后复查。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为90.5%， 92.9%(P＞0.05)；治疗组无明显的不良反应，对照组8例出现上腹部不适、恶心及纳差等消化道症状。结论：两组疗效差异无显著性，但5%甲硝唑溶液局部擦洗不良反应小。

The Treatment of 42 Bacterial Vaginitis Patients with 5% Metronidazole Solutions by Scrubing Vagina

Objective:To compare the effects of bacterial vaginitis treatment by metronidazole in two ways. Methods:Eighty-four patients were randmised into two groups evenly (n=42): the teatment group using 5% metronidazole solutions to scrub vagina locally and the control group taking metronidazole 400 mg three times a day for seven days. Then stopped to reexamination. Results:The effective rates in the treatmnet group was 90.5% with no side-effects and in the control group 92.9% with 8 cases having upper-abdominal discomfort, nausea, and less appetite. The effective rates had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions:The two groups had similar therapeutic effects but the local therapy in the treatment group had less side-effects.
