| 氰戊菊酯对肺泡巨噬细胞生物膜损伤的初步探讨 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用肺灌洗液分析法和立体学技术,观察了经气管染毒氰戍菊酯(Fen)大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞、酸性磷酸酶、溶酶体的体密度、面密度和数密度的动态变化。结果表明,这些测试参数的变化呈现明显的剂量-反应关系和时间-反应特征。本次研究结果从生化和亚细胞水平为评价Fen的细胞毒性、阐明生物膜损伤机理以及制订Fen的卫生标准提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: | Changes of pulmonary alveolar macrophages from Sprague-Dawley rats exposed to fenvalerate were observed by analysis of broncho-alveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and with stereological techniques. The parameters presented an apparent dose-dependent relationship and time-response characteristics. The results of the study provided not only a quantitative basis for th.e evaluation of the cell toxicity induced by fenvalerate but also for the elucidation of the biomembrane-damaged mechanisms as well as for the setting of the hygienic standard of fenvalerate. |
