大苞鸢尾种子的化学成分研究

摘    要:
目的:研究鸢尾科鸢尾属植物大苞鸢尾(Iris bungei Maxim.)种子的化学成分。方法:采用渗漉方法提取,硅胶柱色谱方法进行成分分离,用重结晶、凝胶柱色谱等方法进行纯化,并通过光谱分析和理化常数鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从大苞鸢尾种子的乙醇提取物共分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为鸢尾酚(1)、鸢尾间苯二酚(2)、射干醌P(3)、3-羟基马蔺子甲素(4)、马蔺子甲素(5)、大苞鸢尾醌(6)、3β-(9,10-顺式-十八烯氧基)-5-胆甾烯(7)、齐墩果-12-烯-3α,23-二醇(8)、熊果酸(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)和正十五烷醇(11)。结论:以上化合物除4和6外,其他均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the seeds of Iris bungei Maxim.Methods: Silica gel and polyamide column chromatography were used to isolate the constituents,which were purified by recrystallization and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The compounds were identified on the basis of the physicochemical and spectral analysis.Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the seeds of I.bungei and elucidated as irisphenol(1),irisresorcinol(2),belamcandone P(3),3-hydroxyirisquinone(4),irisquinone(5),bungeiquinone(6),3β-(9,10-cis-octadecenyloxy)-5-cholestene(7),(3α)-olean-12-ene-3,23-diol(8),ursolic(9),β-sitosterol(10) and pentadecanol(11).Conclusion: All of the compounds except for compound 4 and 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
