| 摘 要： | 目的 研究CD117在肾上皮性肿瘤中的表达.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 ,观察33例嫌色细胞肾细胞癌(RCC)、10例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤、151例透明细胞RCC、33例乳头状RCC和3例黏液管状梭形细胞癌组织中CD117的表达.结果 33例嫌色细胞RCC中,29例(87.9%)CD117阳性;10例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤中,9例CD117阳性;透明细胞RCC、乳头状RCC和黏液管状梭形细胞癌中均未见CD117表达.结论 CD117高表达是嫌色细胞RCC和肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的特征之一,CD117免疫组织化学染色结果 有助于肾上皮性肿瘤的鉴别诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of CD117 in renal epithelial neoplasms.Methods CD117 expression was observed in 33 cases of chromophobe renal cell carcinoma(RCC),10 cases of renal oncocytoma,151 cases of clear cell RCC,33 cases of papillary RCC,and 3 cases of nucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma using Envision immunohistochemistry.Results Positive expression of CD117 was observed in 29 of 33 cases(87.9%)with chromophobe RCC tissues and 9 with 10 cases with renal oncocytoma tissues.No CD117 overexpr... |
