老年黄斑变性的视网膜色素上皮及其视功能的改变

目的：应用黄斑区密集点矩阵视野并结合眼底荧光血管造影电脑眼底图像分析老年黄斑变性视网膜色素上皮损害与ＤＭＭＭ的视野光敏感度的改变，找出改变的规律有评价其应用价值。方法：用Ｈｕｍｐｈｒｅｙ－６４０视野计自行设计ＤＭＭＭ检测ＡＭＤ干性组５１人６４只眼湿性且２３人２７只眼，用Ｚｅｉｓｓ公司生产的ＫＯＮＴＲＯＮＥＬＥＫＴＲＯＮＩＫ Ｉｎａｇｅ Ａｎａｌｙｓｉｓ Ｄｉｖｉｓｉｏｎ－计算机图像分析仪总丢失量显

A study of the relationship of the degeneration of retinal pigment epithelia of AMD patients and their visual functious

To study the relationship of the degeneration of retinal pigment epitheIia of AMD patients and their visual functions, the dense matrix mapping in macular(DMMMM)in combination with KONTRON ELEKTRONIK Image Analysis Division was used. DMMMwas designed by Humphrey-640 to examine 51 patients (64 eyes )with dry type AMD and 23 patients (27 eyes )with wet type AMD. The area of patients macular (5degree area ) focus was analysed by KONTRONELEKTRONIK Image Analysis Division produced byZeiss Inc. There was a significant correlation between DMMM total losses and the area of AMD patients'fundus focuses(including dry and wet type). Our analysis showed a notable decrease in wet type AMD patients. We found that there was a close relationship between the fundus focus of AMD patients and the decrease of light sensitivity of DMMM ;in the early stage of AMD,the change of visual function could be induced by the degeneration of RPE,and the LS decreased significantly with the advancing of the AMD.
