| 摘 要： | 目的研究基础护理的实施与患者对护理质量满意度的相关性。方法对223名住院患者进行问卷调查,从基础生活护理、病情观察、床单位清洁卫生、健康宣教、肢体功能锻练等5个维度了解基础护理的实施与患者对护理质量满意度的相关性。结果基础护理5个维度的实施与患者对护理质量的满意度均呈正相关（均P〈0.01）。结论基础护理质量可以促进和提高患者对护理质量的满意度,故必须重视基础护理工作在临床的落实情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation between implementation of fundamental nursing and patients’ satisfaction with nursing quality.Methods A total of 223 inpatients were surveyed with a questionnaire concerning patients’ daily living nursing,medical observation,patients’ bed unit hygiene,health education and health rehabilitation to study the correlation between implementation of fundamental nursing and patients’ satisfaction with nursing quality.Results Implementation of the 5 dimensions fundamental nursing was positively correlated with the patients’ satisfaction with nursing quality（P0.01）.Conclusion Implementation of fundamental nursing can improve and increase patients’ satisfaction with nursing quality,which deserves more concerns of the implementation of fundmental nursing in clinical practice. |
