| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨原发性结肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床特点。方法：对1例结肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤患者的临床资料进行分析，并复习相关文献。结果：结肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床表现无特异性，极易引起误诊，本例患者误诊为结肠癌。结论：原发性结肠黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床表现不典型，在临床实践中应引起我们的重视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical features of primary colon mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma(CMALTL).Methods:The clinical datum of one case of primary CMALTL was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Results:The clinical manifestation of primary CMALTL was unfeatured,and it could be misdiagnosed.The case was misdiagnosed to colon cancer.Conclusion:The clinical manifestation of primary CMALTL is not typical.We should attach an importance to the diagnosis and treatment of primary colon MALTL. |
