| 摘 要： | 目的：观察微波热凝筛前神经治疗变应性算炎的效果,方法：对４２例变就生算炎患者行微波热凝治疗,结果：随访一年以上,治愈３０例（７１．４％）,显效８例（１９．１％）,有效４例（９．５％）,有效率为１００％,结论：微波热凝治疗变应性算炎疗效好,痛苦少,反应轻,无并发症,是一种理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:[WT5BZ]To observe the effect of microwave treatment of ethmoidal nerve on allergic rhinitis.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]42 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with ethmoidal herve microwave.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The follow up period was more than one year.Cure in 30 cases (71.4%),marked effect in 8 cases (19.1%),and improvement in 4 cases (9.5%).The total effective rate was 100%.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]This result indicated that the microwave tissue coagulation in treating allergic rhinitis is an ideal methed.This method produces good curative effect,less pain,light reaction.and no complication. [WT5HZ] |
