强磁场对幼年大鼠生长发育的影响

摘    要:将幼年Wistar大鼠分别于10日龄和20日龄时两次暴露于10T稳态磁场中,每次30min,观察强磁场对幼年大鼠生长发育的影响。与对照组相比,40日龄时强磁场组的生长体重无明显差异,心、肝、脾、肾、脑、垂体、性腺的重量亦无明显差异,但肾上腺重量显著增加。提示稳态10T磁场可引起应激反应,但对生长发育无明显影响。

Abstract:A comparision of the growth and development was made between the control and the experimental Wistar rats, in which young rats were exposed to 10T static magnetic fields (SMF) for 30 min at 10th and 20th day after birth, respectively. The results showed that10T SMF cou ld not change the body weight and length of rats, and the weights of some organs such as heart, liver, spleen, kidneys, brain, hypophysis and sexual glands, but increase the weight of adrenal significantly compared with the control at 40th day after birth.It is suggested that 10T SMF may result in stress state without affecting the growth and development of rats.
