脾包虫病(附25例手术病例临床分析)

1956年到1983年底,我院普外科收治脾包虫病28例,共住院32例次,占同期腹腔包虫住院患者的2.4％。28例中25例曾行手术治疗,其中:男11例,女14例;平均年龄为26.2岁;21例来自农牧区,22例有犬羊密切接触史;4例脾包虫为单发,其余21例均累及多个脏器;卡松尼试验100％为强阳性;超声波和X线检查欠准确,超声波检查正确率为54.5％,X线检查亦不如肝包虫有典型表现。根据临床资料,本文对脾包虫病的诊断、治疗和预后进行了讨论。

Clinical Analysis of 25 Cases of Operated Splenic Hydatid Cyst

Twenty-eight cases of splenic hydatidosis were admitted in our hospital during the period of 1956 to 1983. Among them 25 cases were operated, including 11 male and 14 female. 21 patients came from rural and pastoral areas. 22 patients had been contacted directly with dog and sheep. Most of the cases were multiple intra-abdominal hydatidosis in various organs. The lesions were limited in the spleen in 4 patients. All patients showed positive reaction to Casoni intra dermal test. Other examinations were ultrasound echowave which diagnostic evidence can be based on. Treatment in this series of the patients was mainly excision of the cyst with excellent results.
