| Abstract: | The article reviews the reform of medical insurance system for staff and workers in Jiujiang city;analyses the impact of this reform on operating and management of hospital services,as reflected by problems and in-depth contradictions arising in the reform;and suggests corresponding measures aimed at trying to solve the discussed problems and contradictions. |
