| 摘 要： | 浙江省各级医院检验科工作质量考核方法试行近两年,考核内容包括工作效率、工作质量、科室管理、医德医风、教学科研等五个方面,取得一定成绩。该考核方法已在放射、麻醉、病理、护理、核医学、医院感染等领域扩展,为全省医学科学的发展奠定良好的基础。 |

| Abstract: | The article makes a scientific approach to methodology and modernization of laboratory work from a number of dimensions: to improve and further refine test methods through using the latest scientific and technological progresses ; to investigate potential defects and causes in the quality and appropriateness of methods by use of technically valid criteria and data collection; to explore cost-effective ways to the quality as well as efficiency assurance process; and to increase benefits from rational communication and collaboration with various other departments. |
