| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨信号转导和转录激活因子3（STAT3）对肺腺癌的诊断价值。方法：采用免疫组织化学PV二步法检测人肺腺癌细胞A549和正常人胚肺细胞MRC－5中STAT3、CA125蛋白表达，分析在人肺腺癌细胞A549中STAT3与CA125表达的相关性。结果：STAT3、CA125在人肺腺癌细胞A549中的阳性表达水平均明显高于正常人胚肺细胞MRC-5（P〈0．01），且在人肺腺癌细胞．8549中STAT3与临床上常用的肺肿瘤标志物CA125的表达均呈正相关。结论：STAT3有望成为一种新的肺肿瘤标志物推荐临床使用。 |
