IGF-Ⅰ及IGF-ⅠR在肾细胞癌中的表达和临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)及其受体(IGF-ⅠR)在肾细胞癌中表达的意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测40例肾细胞癌、25例癌旁组织及10例正常肾组织中IGF-Ⅰ及IGF-ⅠR的表达,并对两者与组织学分级、淋巴转移和临床分期等临床资料的关系进行分析。结果 IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-ⅠR在肾细胞癌标本中阳性率明显高于癌旁及正常组织(均P<0.01),但与肾细胞癌的分级、分期及淋巴结转移情况无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论 IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-ⅠR在肾细胞癌的发生发展中起重要的作用,两者对肾细胞癌的早期诊断、免疫治疗或基因治疗具有一定的临床价值。

Analysis of insulin-like growth factor I and insulin-like growth factor I receptor expressions in renal cell carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of insulin-like growth factor I and its receptor ex- pressions in renal cell carcinoma. Methods We detected the expressions of IGF- I and IGF- I R in 40 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissues, 25 cases of adjacent tissues and 10 cases of normal renal tissues by using immu- nohistochemistrical method, than analyzed the relationship between the expression and the biological behavior, such as histological grade, lymph node metastases and clinical staging. Results The positive rate of IGF- I and IGF- I R in renal cell carcinoma tissues were significant higher than that in renal tissues adjacent to carcinoma and normal renal tissues, had statistical significance (P 〈 0.01 ). Expressions of IGF-I and IGF-IR were not re- lated to tumor stage, grade, and lymph node metastasis (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions IGF- I and IGF- I R may play important roles in the development of renal cell carcinoma, and is helpful for early diagnosis and immune or gene treatment for renal cell carcinoma.
