摘    要:目的为了解免费师范生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染情况及其差异性,为制定乙型肝炎防治措施提供参考依据。方法对西南大学首届免费师范生共2850人的乙肝5项检测结果进行统计分析。结果HBsAg总阳性率为7.0%,男生为8.9%,女生为5.8%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。HBsAg阳性率城镇学生为6.2%,农村学生为7.5%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。在HBV感染类型中男生在HBsAg(+)和HBsAg(+),HBeAg(+),HBcAb(+)两种类型高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其余均无统计学意义。结论此届学生乙型肝炎病毒感染率有所下降,男女之间有显著差异。学校应加强乙型肝炎防治知识宣传。

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in the free normal school students and its differences among different types of students, so as to provide the reference for developing the control measures. Methods The hepatitis B serological symbols (HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, HBcAb) were tested and the results were analyzed statistically in 2 850 first free normal school students of the Southwest University. Results The total HBsAg positive rate was 7.0 %, and 8.9 % in boys and 5.8 % in girls, and there was a significant difference between the male and female students, P〈 0.01. The HBsAg positive rate in urban students was 6.2% and 7.5% in rural students, but the difference was not statistically significant, P 〉0.05. The two types of HBV infection of the boys, one type was HBsAg( + ), the other type was HBsAg ( + ), HBeAg ( + ) and HBcAb( + ), were more than those of the girls, the difference was significant, P 〈 0.05. The other types had no statistical difference. Conclusions In these students, hepatitis B virus infection rate has dropped, and there is a difference between boys and girls. The school should still strengthen the health education for prevention and control of HBV infection.
