电子病案问卷调查分析

目的了解社会对医院使用电子病案的认知与心态。方法对医院和社区工作人员进行问卷调查。结果多数接受调查者赞同医院使用电子病案，认为使用电子病案可提高医院效率，提高医疗质量和病案管理水平，但有不少的人对电子病案的原始性、真实性和医疗收费等提出质疑。结论国家应当加强对电子病案的原始性、真实性和法律效力等方面的研究，制订发展电子病案事业的规划纲要，明确电子病案制作单位的认证制度，电子病案使用单位的许可制度，建立健全对电子病案原始性、真实性的鉴定机构。这样才能消除社会对使用电子病案顾虑思想，使电子病案能够如愿以偿地在高科技领域中独占鳌头。

An Analysis on the Questionnaire of the Electronic Medical Record

Objective To investigate the public recognition and attitude of the stuff members to electronic medical records. Method A Questionnaire was sent to the staff of hospitals and communities. Result The majority of them agreed to using electronic medical records because they think that it can improve the efficiency of hospital, the quality of health care and the management of medical records, but some of them questioned the reliability, authenticity and legal validity of the electronic medical records. Conclusions The reliability, authenticity and legal validity of the electronic medical records should be strengthened. The government should plan the framework, certification and license systems, establish an identification unit to judge the reliability, authenticity of the electronic medical records. Only by this way, people would eliminate the doubt so that electronic medical records can be on top in the field of high-tech.
