| 摘 要： | 目的探讨个性化护理在妊娠高血压综合征治疗中的应用效果。方法将72例妊娠高血压综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组,仅观察组给予个性化护理,分析两组的疗效及新生儿情况(分娩方式、体重、存活率及Apgar评分)。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(94.44%vs.75.00%,P<0.05),且显效例数多于对照组(27例vs.16例,P<0.01);胎儿剖宫产率低于对照组(36.11%vs.72.22%,P<0.01),存活率高于对照组(88.89%vs.69.44%,P<0.05),体重及Apgar评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠高血压综合征治疗中应用个性化护理可提高患者的治疗效果,并提高新生儿的体重及存活率等,可在临床中进行推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of personalized care in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.M ethods 72 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were randomly divided into Control group and Observation group,while the latter was given personalized care.The efficacy and the neonatal indices were compared between groups.Results The overall effective rate of Observation group was higher than the Control group（P〈0.05）.The cesarean section rate of Observation group was lower than the Control group（P〈0.01）,while the survival rate was higher than the Control group（P〈0.05） with a better weight and Apgar score in Observation group.C onclusion The effect of personalized care in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension is better. |
