甲巯咪唑长疗程治疗Graves病临床效果观察

目的探讨甲巯咪唑长疗程治疗Graves病的临床效果。方法对该院收治的40例Graves病患者进行临床效果分析。结果 4年后,长疗程组患者的甲状腺肿、突眼等症状的发生几率,TSH、TPOAb、TR-Ab水平,甲亢复发的几率均明显小于常规组,经比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲巯咪唑长疗程治疗Graves病可以明显缓解患者的甲亢症状,维持甲状腺功能,降低甲亢复发的几率,但ATD治疗Graves病甲亢最佳的维持时间仍然值得深入研究。

The Observation of Clinical effect of Methimazole long Course of Treatment of Graves Disease

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of methimazole long course of treatment of Graves disease.M ethods Observ ing the clinical therapeutic effect of 40 cases of patients with Graves disease treated in our hospital from Janyary,2006 to January,2008.Results After 4 years,the probability of occurrence of a long course of patients with goiter,exophthalmos symptoms,TSH,TPOAb、TR-Ab level,probability of recurrence of hyperthyroidism were obviously less than normal group,by comparison（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.C onclusion Methimazole long course treatment can obviously relieve the symptoms of Graves disease in patients with hyperthyroidism,maintain thyroid function,reduce the probability of the recurrence of hyperthy roidism,But ATD treatment for Graves disease hyperthyroidism optimal maintenance time is still worthy of in-depth study.
