心血管介入术后20例血管迷走反射临床分析及护理对策

目的探讨心血管介入术后血管迷走反射的原因及护理措施,降低其发生率,提高抢救成功率。方法对心血管介入术后20例血管迷走反射的一般资料、原因、发生时间分布情况及抢救过程进行分析。结果20例中,18例为股动脉穿刺者,2例为桡动脉穿刺者。均发生于拔除动脉鞘管后压迫期间,经适当减轻局部压迫压力,快速静脉输液、静脉注射阿托品、多巴胺等措施后19例症状很快缓解并稳定,1例出现症状反复,经积极有效抢救后症状逐渐缓解。结论心血管介入术前及拔除鞘管前后做好充分准备,拔除鞘管后密切观察病情及时发现并采取正确的抢救措施,可有效预防血管迷走反射的发生,提高抢救成功率。
