| 摘 要： | 目的在PC机上实现量化的PET图像坐标数据，并以此为基础引导伽玛刀治疗定位。方法对数字化的PET图像和MRI图像进行人工识别，通过确定变换比例，测量旋转角度和推算质心位移，得到坐标变换参数。结果基于三维刚体变换公式，得到一套PET与MR相应点位置坐标转换方法。结论PET图像在伽玛刀治疗定位方面是局限的；本方法基本达到伽玛刀定位精度要求，可为伽玛刀治疗功能性疾病提供一种可行的、量化的PET引导伽玛刀治疗定位的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Propose the method of gamma knife localization based on the PET coordinate data by PC.Methods Get the parameter of coordinate transform from PET to MR by detecting the digital images(PET and MR),testing the scale,measuring the rotation angle and centroid displacement.Results Transform the coordinate from PET to MR based on the 3d-rigid formula.Conclusion Discuss the limitation on the localization of gamma knife by PET images,evaluate the error of this method.Moreover,we present a precise,practical method for gamma treatment of the functional diseases based on PET localization. |
