临床医学专业学生医学影像学教学改革初探

摘    要:以临床医学专业为例,探索符合非医学影像学专业本科生特点和需求的医学影像学教学内容与形式.采用两段式教学法,第一阶段为桥梁课程教学,讲授不同影像方法的成像原理与临床应用,各系统的正常影像表现与主要病变的影像表现;第二阶段为专题讲座,在临床学习阶段配合各门课程的学习重点安排影像诊断专题讲座.课程结束后,向学生发放调查问卷以了解教学效果.总共发出调查问卷95份,回收有效问卷83份.其中,74.7%的学生认为教学内容容量适宜;83.1%的学生认为学过的病理学知识对学习有帮助;80.7%的学生认为课程内容有利于进入临床后的自学;69.9%的学生认为课程内容对临床医学课程的学习有意义;39.8%的学生认为改革前后相比课业负担没有变化,45.8%的学生认为改革后课业负担有所加重.实施非医学影像学专业本科生医学影像学两段式教学法符合学生从基础医学到临床医学的学习规律,具有进一步探讨与推广的意义.

Abstract:To explore the contents and teaching style of radiology which fit the non-professional undergraduates. Two sections of the course were set. One was bridge course. The teaching contents included imaging principles and utilities of varied imaging modalities, imaging manifestations of normal anatomy and major pathologies of the body systems. The other was lectures given. In clinical clerkship period, lectures of imaging diagnosis were arranged with the clinical courses. The reform effect was evaluated by collection and analysis the questionnaires distributed to the students. 95 questionnaires were distributed and 83 were returned. 74.7% of the students considered the reformed course was adequate. 83.1% of the students believed that the knowledge of pathology learned was helpful in the radiology learning. 80.7% of the students considered that the contents of the reformed course were benefit to self-learning. 69.9% of the students considered that the contents of the reformed course were helpful for clinical study. 39.8% of the students considered that the burden of the reformed course to the students had no change, but 45.8% of the students considered the burden increased. The two sections teaching style of the reformed radiology course of nonprofessional undergraduates was agree with the characteristics of the students from basic learning to clinical learning, and deserved further investigated and extended.
