山楂黄酮对微波辐射大鼠肾脏损伤的治疗作用

摘    要:
目的:究山楂黄酮对微波辐射造成大鼠肾脏组织损伤的影响。方法50只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组辐射模型组和低剂量40 mg/kg· d)中剂量60 mg/kg· d)高剂量80 mg/kg· d)给药组。辐射模型组和给药组大鼠给予200 mW/cm2微波辐照6 min,辐射给药组按各剂量给予山楂黄酮,连续7 d。7 d后处死大鼠,光镜下观察肾脏细胞的形态变化,检测大鼠肾脏组织中总超氧化物歧化酶 T-SOD )丙二醛MDA)含量。结果与辐射模型组比较,辐射给药组大鼠肾脏组织损伤情况有一定好转,肾小管及其上皮细胞排列比较规则,细胞边界较清晰,胞核肿胀淡染情况明显减轻,充血现象明显减轻。各剂量组MDA含量明显下降 P<0.01),T-SOD含量显著上升 P<0.05)。结论200 W/cm2的微波辐照可引起大鼠肾脏组织损伤,且山楂黄酮对微波辐射引起的肾脏组织损伤有一定的治疗效果。

The effect of hawthorn flavones on kidney damage of microwave radiation rats
Abstract:
Objective To inquire into the effect of hawthorn flavones on kidney tissue exposured to microwave radia-tion in rats.Methods 50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,the radiation model group,the low dose group 40 mg/kg· d)),the middle dose group 60 mg/kg· d)) and the high dose group 80 mg/kg· d) ) .Hawthorn flavones were given to the radiation model group which received 200 mW/cm2 radiation for 7 consecu-tive days,one day was 6 mins.Then the rats were sacrificed.Testicular cells morphological changes were observed.The rat kidney tissue's superoxide dismutase,T-SOD,MDA were measured.Results To compare with the radiation model group,the hawthorn flavones group'kidney tissue damage were improved.The kidney tubules and its epithelial cells ar-range were regularly,the cell borders were recognizable,the cytoplasm were light shining,the nuclear swelling and the hyperemia phenomenon was eased obviously.The content of MDA was decreased obviously P<0.01) ,while the con-tent of T-SOD increased P<0.05).Conclusion Rats kidney tissue damage could be caused by 200 W/cm2 micro-wave exposures and the hawthorn flavones has certain treatment on it.
