| 摘 要： | 目的 观察三步针罐疗法治疗颈椎病的临床疗效 ,分析其治疗机制。方法 采用三步针罐疗法治疗各类型颈椎病 486例 ,并与常规针刺治疗组 3 2 8例对照观察 ,比较分析临床疗效。结果 治疗组各类型颈椎病的疗效均较对照组显著(P <0 0 1,或P <0 0 5 ) ,疗程也较对照组短 (P <0 0 1)。结论 三步针罐疗法治疗颈椎病疗效高 ,疗程短

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of three step therapy of acup cupping(TSTAC) on cervical spondylosis and to analyse its therapeutic mechanism.Methods 486 patients with cervical spondylosis were treated by TSTAC(treating group)and another 328 patients were treated by traditional acupuncture(control group);treatment courses and curative effect were analysed and compared between the two groups.Results The curative effects on various forms of cervical spondylosis were more significant in treatment group than in control group( P<0 01 or P<0 05 );The treatment time in TSTAC group was also shorter than that in controls ( P <0 01).Conclusions TSTAC could treat cervical spondylosis with better curative effect and shorter course of treatment. |
