摘    要:目的 研究卫矛中总黄酮的超声提取技术,确立最佳提取条件.方法 采用超声波提取技术从卫矛中提取总黄酮,运用大孔吸附树脂进行分离纯化,采用L9(34)正交实验法,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数对总黄酮提取的影响,用分光光度标准曲线法测定含量.结果 卫矛总黄酮的提取影响程度为:提取次数>乙醇用量>提取时间>乙醇浓度.最佳工艺条件为采用5倍量60%乙醇超声提取3次,每次60min.结论 与常规的提取方法相比,超声波提取法具有提取时间短、简单、收率高、无需加热等优点,为大生产提供科学依据.

Abstract:Objective To study the ultrasonic extraction technics of total flavonoids in Euonymus Sacrosancta Koidz and optimize factors of extraction.Methods The ultrasonic extraction technics was used to extract the total flavonoids from Euonymus Sacrosancta Koidz.To separate and purify them by the macroporous absorption resin.Orthogonal design was used for studying the effect of ethanol concentration,solvent quantity,ultrasonic time and extraction times.UV-spectrophotometry was used for the determination of total flavonoids.Results The order of factors to affect the flavonoid extraction was extraction frequency>quantity of ethanol used>ultrasonic time>ethanol concentration.The best extracting technical conditions were as follow:5 times of amount of 60% ethanol,and extracted for 3 times,and each time for 60 minutes.Conclusion Compared with traditional extraction,ultrasonic method can save time,be easy to operate,improve extraction rates and need no heating.This extracting method can provide a scientific basis for manufacture.
