丹参粉针对稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮功能改善的临床观察

摘    要:
目的探讨丹参粉针对稳定型心绞痛(stable angina)患者血管内皮功能的改善作用。方法明确诊断为稳定型心绞痛患者65例,随机分为丹参粉针组(35例)和对照组(30例)。两组常规应用血小板抑制剂、均暂停使用硝酸酯类、钙离子拮抗剂、β-受体阻滞剂、ACEI和调脂药物,丹参粉针组加用丹参粉针,用量为400mg,1次/d静点,连用2周。用药前后分别采用高分辨超声仪检测肱动脉血管内径、血流介导和硝酸甘油介导的血管舒张反应比(%)、基础内膜-中层厚度、血流介导和硝酸甘油介导的内膜--中层厚度改变率(%)。结果治疗前丹参粉针组与对照组血流介导的血管舒张反应比(7.14±3.64,7.16±4.22)和硝酸甘油介导的血管舒张反应比(6.87±3.45,7.12±3.46)、基础内膜-中层厚度(0.46±0.12,0.45±0.13)、血流介导内膜-中层厚度的改变率(7.53±3.62,7.61±3.87)和硝酸甘油介导的内膜-中层厚度的改变率分别为(8.34±4.27,8.26±4.31)比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05);治疗后丹参粉针组与对照组血流介导血管舒张反应比(9.27±2.63,8.12±3.24)和硝酸甘油介导血管舒张反应比(8.56±4.17,7.86±3.55)相比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.05);治疗后丹参粉针组与对照组基础内膜-中层厚度(0.42±0.06,0.44±0.03)、血流介导内膜-中层厚度的改变率(10.21±3.24,8.92±3.57)和硝酸甘油介导内膜-中层厚度的改变率(10.15±4,22,9.24±3.76)比较有明显改善,两组差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论丹参粉针对稳定型心绞痛患者的血管内皮功能具有改善作用。

To Investigate the Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Powder on Vascular Endothelial Function of Stable Angina.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza powder on vascular endothelial function of stable angina. Methods 65 patients with stable angina were randomly divided salvia miltiorrhiza powder group and control group. With high resolution ultrasound, flow and nitroglycerin-induced dilation, intima-media thickness and the change rates of it with flow and nitroglycerin-induced, velocity of systolic phase of the brachial artery was measured in control group and salvia miltiorrhiza powder group.Results The flow-mediated dilation (7.14±3.64, 7.16±4.22),nitroglycerin-mediated dilation (6.87±3.45, 7.12±3.46), intima-media thickness (0.46±0.12, 0.45±0.13),the change rates of intima-media thickness with flow-induced (7.53±3.62,7.61±3.87) and nitroglycerin-induced(8.34±4.27, 8.26±4.31) of the brachial artery in the salvia miltiorrhiza powder group and the control group haven't variance before treatment (P〈0.05).The flow-mediated dilation (9.27±2.63, 8.12±3.24) and nitroglycerin-mediated dilation(8.56±4.17, 7.86±3.55),intima-media thickness(0.42±0.06, 0.44±0.03), the change rates of intima-media thickness with flow-induced (10.21±3.24, 8.92±3.57) and nitroglycerin-lnduced (10.15±4.22, 9.24±3.76) was significantly variance in the Salvia miltiorrhiza powder groupand the control groupand the control group after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza powder can improve the vascular endothelial function of stable angina.
