女青少年性激素与身心发育相互关系的研究

目的 对女青少年性激素水平与青春期身心发育的相互关系进行研究。 方法 采用放射免疫法测定唾液雌二醇（Ｅ２）和睾酮（Ｔ）浓度,测量形态与机能发育,及对智力、性格与性心理行为的检查。 结果 两种激素浓度随年龄和第二性征发育而增高,月经初潮组的Ｅ２、Ｔ平均浓度均高于未初潮组（ｔ＝２．３１,Ｐ〈０．０５）。Ｅ２、Ｔ与血压、肌力均呈显著正相关关系。Ｔ水平较高者,则具有较高的空间推理能力。 结论 Ｅ２、Ｔ对女

Study on Relationships between Sex Hormones and Psychosomatic Development in Female Students.

Objective To study relationships between sex hormones and psychosomatic development in female adolescets. Methods The salivary estrodiol(E 2) and testosterone(T) were determined with radioimmunoassay, simultaneously morphological and functional development,tests of intelligence,character,sexual mentality and behavior were measured. Results The two hormones were increasing with age and second sex character.The averages of salivary steroids in menarchal girls were significantlly higher than that in non-menarchal girls( t =2.31, P <0.05).There were a significant positive correlation in blood pressure(BP),muscle strength(MS) with the level of E 2 and T.Girls with higher level of testosterone have better spatial ability. Conclusion Sex hormones can promote the development of morphological and physiological function for female adolescency in puberty,and have a association with psychological development.
