摘    要:目的:寻找一种简便,快速,效果稳定的羊水细胞染色体的制备方法。方法:总结19年来我们遗传室羊水细胞培养的工作经验。结果和结论:通过增加培养液中L-谷氨酰胺的含量以及应用Hepes,可使羊水细胞生长良好,而短时间高浓度的秋水侧素可获得较多的染色体分裂象。

Abstract:ve: To establish a simple,rapid and stable technique for the preparation of chromosome from amniotic -fluid cells. Methods: The experience in the cultivation of Amniotic fluid cells in the past 19 years in our genetics laboratory was summed up. Results and Conclusions: By increasing the amount of L-glutamine in culture medium and using Hepes,the amniotic fluid cells grew better. High concentration of colchicine in a short time period could achieve more chromosome mitosising phase.
