银花平感颗粒镇咳作用的实验研究

目的：观察银花平感颗粒的镇咳作用。方法：分别采用氨水诱导小鼠咳嗽和枸橼酸诱导豚鼠咳嗽,考察银花平感颗粒大中小3个剂量组对豚鼠咳嗽的影响。结果：与生理盐水对照组相比,咳必清、蛇胆川贝液和银花平感颗粒各剂量组均能显著抑制氨水诱导小鼠咳嗽,银花平感颗粒各剂量组量效呈正相关,银花平感颗粒大剂量组作用显著优于中、小剂量组;咳必清、蛇胆川贝液和银花平感颗粒大中剂量组均显著抑制枸橼酸诱导豚鼠咳嗽,银花平感颗粒各剂量组量效呈正相关,银花平感颗粒大中剂量组作显著优于小剂量组的镇咳作用。结论：银花平感颗粒具有镇咳作用。

Anti-tussive Effect Experiment of Yinhua Pinggan Granule

Objective ：To observe the anti - tussive role of Yinhua Pinggan granule. Methods ： Mice and guinea pigs were induced cough by ammonia and citric acid respectively, and then we investigated the effects of Yinhua Pinggan granule groups in three different doses （high, medium,low） on guinea pig cough. Results：C ompared with the control group, which contained normal saline, the effect of all Carbetapentane, Shedan Chuanbei liquid and Yinhua Pinggan granule groups on inhibiting mice cough induced by ammonia was remarkable,in which the effect of Yinhua Pinggan granule was in a dose - depend manner and the high dose group effect was more obviously than that of the medium and low dose groups. The effects of all Carbetapentane, Shedan Chuanbei liquid groups, medium and high dose of Yinhua Pinggan granule groups on inhibiting guinea pigs cough induced by citric acid were significant, in which the anti - tussive effect of Yinhua Pinggan granule was in a dose - depend manner and the high and medium dose groups were more notable than low dose group. Conclusion：Yinhua Pinggan granule plays a role in relieving cough.
