鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤效果观察

目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤临床效果,为晚期消化道肿瘤患者的治疗提供依据。方法：96例消化道肿瘤患者,按照临床试验随机的原则将患者分为两组,对照组单纯采用化疗进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上联用鸦胆子油乳进行治疗,观察两组患者疗效及安全性。结果：治疗组完全缓解（CR）15例、部分缓解（PR）16例、稳定（SD）13例、进展（PD）4例,总有效率为64.58%,对照组完全缓解9例、部分缓解12例、稳定13例、进展14例,总有效率为43.75%,两组患者总有效率相比,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;治疗组中生活质量提高31例,稳定13例,降低4例,对照组生活质量提高18例,稳定12例,降低18例,两组患者生活质量提高情况下相比,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;治疗组在治疗过程中不良反应有11例,发生率为22.92%,对照组出现不良反应有29例,发生率为60.42%,两组患者不良反应发生率相比,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;两组患者随访3年生存率治疗组为91.67%（44/48）,而对照组为75.00%（36/48）,两组相比,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤效果显著,且不良反应低,患者生活质量得到较大的提高,且很大程度上提高了患者的生存率,值得临床推荐使用。

Study on Effect of Fructus Brucea Oil Emulsion in Combination with Chemotherapy in Patients with Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer

Objective ： To study the effect of Fructus Brucea Oil Emulsion in combination with chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer. It could provide a better way to treat the advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods ： 96 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer,in accordance with the principles of randomized clinical trials, patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with chemotherapy and the treatment group was treated on this basis combined with javanica oil emulsion. We observed efficacy and safety. Results： Complete remission （CR） 15 cases, partial remission （PR） 16 cases, stable （SD） 13 cases, progress （PD） 4 cases, the total effective rate was 64.58%. In the control group,nine cases of complete remission, partial remission in 12 cases,stable in 13 cases, 14 cases of progress, the total effective rate was 43.75%. The total efficiency of the two groups was compared and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Treatment group improved quality of life in 31 cases, 13 cases in stable, and lower in 4 cases. The improved quality of life in the control group in 18 cases, 12 cases in stable, and lower in 18 cases. The difference was statistically significant, P 〈 O. 05. The adverse reactions during treatment in 11 cases, the rate were 22.92%. The control group had 29 cases of adverse reactions, the rate was 60.42%. The incidence of adverse reactions in patients with both groups was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Patients were followed up and the 3 - year survival rate of treatment group was 91.57% （44/48） while the control group~ was 75.00% （36/48）. Conclusions ： Fructus Brucea Oil Emulsion in combination with chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer has significant effect.
