中医“补肾法”治疗老年骨质疏松症临床研究

目的：观察补肾中药治疗老年骨质疏松症（OP）的，晦床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的400例患者分为观察组（200例）和对照组（200例）。两组均予适当体力运动和西药碳酸钙D3咀嚼片、鲑降钙素注射液治疗。观察组加用补肾中药治疗，根据阴阳虚损不同分别选用左归丸或右归丸加减。结果：观察组、对照组总有效率分别为91．50％、62．50％；组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组，骨密度和血钙、血磷水平均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后各项临床症状均有所改善。组间比较，骨痛、腰酸腿软、疲乏无力和自汗盗汗差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；抽筋差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：补肾中药左归丸或右归丸加减联合西药用于治疗OP，临床疗效良好，在改善临床症状、提升骨密度和血钙、血磷水平方面优于单纯西药。

Clinical Study on Senile Osteoporosis Treated by Tonifying Kidney Method

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of nourishing kidney herbs on senile osteoporosis. Methods ： A total of 400 patients conformed to the standard were divided into the observation group （200 cases） and the control group （200 cases） randomly. Patients of two groups were all treated by the appropriate physical activity, calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablet and salcatonin injection. The observation group added Chinese nourishing kidney herbs, and Zuogui pill or Yougui pill were selected according to the deficiency of Yin or Yang. Results：The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively 91.50% and 62.50%, and the differences between two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the bone density,levels of blood calcium and blood phosphorus were higher than those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of two groups were both improved. Comparison between two groups＇bone pain, aching lumbus and limp legs,lassitude,spontaneous sweating and night sweats had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05） and cramps had no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Zuogui pill or Yougui pill combined with western medicine for the treatment of OP is good, and is better than pure western medicine in improving the clinical symptoms, increasing bone density and levels of blood calcium and blood phosphorus.
