| 摘 要： | 银屑病具有的慢性、复发性、全身炎症反应的特点,并与遗传相关。从肠道菌群微生态角度,介绍研究人类肠道微生物与宿主关系的元基因组学技术方法,探讨肠道菌群微生态与银屑病的遗传表型的关系,并阐述应激反应所导致的肠道菌群失调与银屑病的发病机制的相关性;进而从＂健脾＂和＂安神＂两个方面,探讨中医药通过调节肠道菌群治疗银屑病的思路方法。

| Abstract: | The psoriasis is a chronic, recurrent and genetic systemic inflammatory response. This article introduces the study of human gut microbes and hosts with the method of meta - genomics technology, explores the relationship between the intestinal flora microecology and psoriasis genetic phenotype, explains the stress response caused by the intestinal flora contributing to the pathogenesis of psoriasis, explores the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of strengthening spleen and calming the nerves for the psoriasis by the regulation of intestinal flora. |
