基于量化分析的功能性消化不良中医病因病机研究

目的：从中医古籍文献探讨功能性消化不良中医病因病机的规律和特点。方法：运用内容分析法，设定病因、病机分析类目，构建用以分析的类目内容，对相关内容的条文进行编码、频数统计。结果：中医病因以内因为主，饮食、外寒、情志构成FD病因的主体，占总病因的87．69％。中医病机以气滞、气虚、寒为主体，占总病机的87．86％。结论：饮食是本病最主要的病因，寒邪内侵、脾阳被遏为本病的病因特点.FD中医病机以气滞为特点，或因气虚气滞，或因寒凝气滞是其病机规律，虚实夹杂或两实相兼的复合病机是FD反复发作、病程迁延的根源，

Traditional Chinese Medicine Etiology and Pathogenesis of Functional Dyspepsia Based on Quantitative Analysis

Objective：To explore the regularity and characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia （FD） based on the ancient Chinese medicine literature. Methods ： The content of the categories which were set for analyzing etiology and pathogenesis was established. The relevant content was made code and frequency statistics by using content analysis method. Results ： The main traditional Chinese medical etiology was immanent cause. Diet, cold and emotions constituted the main parts of the FD etiology, reporting for 87.69% of the etiology. The main pathogenesis was qi stagnation, qi deficiency and cold pathogen, reporting for 87.86%. Conclusion ： Diet is the main factor of FD etiology, Intrusion of cold pathogen, and inactivation of spleen yang are the main characteristics of causes. Qi stagnation is the characteristic of FD pathogenesis, regularly because of qi deficiency and qi stagnation or coagulated cold and qi stagnation. The complex pathogenesis, both deficiency or intermingled deficiency and excess, is the root of the recurrent attacks and prolonged course of FD.
