| 摘 要： | 中医学对中风的研究经历了2000多年,中风的论治一直以来都是详于肝肾而略于脾胃,中风的病理因素主要为风、火、痰、气、瘀、虚,其中痰、虚属脾胃。脾胃在中风的发病中于肝肾具有同等重要的地位。人以脾中之气为本,胃气供给全身器官营养,而心肺肝肾之生理机能必赖脾精之输布,故脾胃是其他四脏生理活动的中心,它脏的生理活动是以脾胃为枢纽,所以脾胃一虚,五脏受病而产生阳气下陷,阴火上乘,导致阴阳失调,气血逆乱,遂发本病。所以对于脾胃在中风中的治疗不可不详。 |

| Abstract: | The apolexy has been researched for more than two thousand years in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment variation of the apoplexy is always detailed in liver and kidney but summarized in spleen and stomach.The pathogenic factors of the apoplexy are mainly wind,fire,phlegm,Qi,blood stasis,and asthenia,wherein,phlegm and asthenia belong to spleen and stomach.Spleen and stomach has the same important status as liver and kidney in the pathogenesis of apoplexy.People are based on Qi in the spleen.
