微晶磨削术在面部美容应用中的初步研究和探讨

目的对微晶磨削术应用于面部美容作初步的研究和探讨。方法 150例病人每10～14天行1次微晶磨削术,1个疗程约为8～10次。应用目测法对每1次手术前后皮肤表面粗糙度、弹性、色泽和油性作对照分析。结果随访0.5～1.5年,注意到95%的病人面部表面粗糙度、弹性、色泽和皮脂腺有明显的改善。治疗后即刻随访可见面部变得平整、皮脂腺减少、皮肤弹性增加和色泽变白、皱纹变的平滑。结论微晶磨削术在改善面部皮肤弹性和色泽、改善细小皱纹、减少皮脂腺和使面部变光滑有显著的效果。

The Use of Microdermabrasion for Facial C0smesis:A Pilot Study and Investigation

Objective To study and discuss with the effect of microdermabrasion for facial cosmesis. Methods 150 cases underwent one treatment 10--14 days for eight to ten treatments.Skin surface roughness,elasticity, stiffness,compliance and sebum content were analyzed in preoperative and postoperative with measuring the distance by eyes.Rseults Subjectively,96 percent cases noticed a marked improvement. Physician analysis of clinical photography indicated mild improvement in the majority of patients Objectively, immediately following treatment increased, sebum content decreased, and a temporary increase in skin roughness and mild flattening of some wrinkles occurred.Conclusion Microdermabrasion has recently had marked effect for facial cosmesis.
