黄芪桂枝五物汤中黄芪不同配伍对黄芪皂苷含量变化的影响

摘    要:
目的考察黄芪桂枝五物汤中桂枝、白芍、大枣、生姜与黄芪不同配伍的共煎水提液中,各因素对黄芪中黄芪皂苷提取率的影响,并确定因素及因素交互作用的影响程度。方法应用正交设计法对影响因素进行考察,以不同配伍中去除黄芪为对照,采用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果从单因素角度考虑,白芍对黄芪皂苷提取率影响最大,其次为大枣、桂枝。因素交互作用中,生姜和大枣的协同作用对黄芪皂苷提取率影响最大,次为白芍和桂枝、白芍和生姜、白芍和大枣。结论统计分析表明,仅生姜和大枣的协同作用对黄芪皂苷提取有显著影响(P<0.05)。

Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of the factors to the extraction rate of saponins from hot water extraction of herb composition in HuangQi Guizhi WuWu Tang containing Ramulus Cinnamomi, Raidix Paeoniae Alba,Fructrs Jujubae,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and Radix Astragali and to decide the facts and the interacts among factors.Methods The influence factors were explored with orthogonal design method and the astragalus-freed samples in different formula as control.The content was detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.Results When considered with single factor,Raidix Paeoniae Alba affected on the extraction rate of tragaloside most,followed by Fructrs Jujubae and Ramulus Cinnamomi.In the interact among factors, the concordinated action by Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and Fructrs Jujubae affected on the extraction rate of tragaloside most,then Raidix Paeoniae Alba and Ramulus Cinnamomi,Raidix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens,Raidix Paeoniae Alba and Fructrs Jujubae.Conclusion Statistic analysis showed that only the concordinated action between Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and Fructrs Jujubae obviously affected the extraction rate of tragaloside(P<0.05).
