| Abstract: | The paper discusses the competitive intelligence external factors that the biopharmaceutical companies need to focus on in R&D process from the aspects of competitive environment intelligence, competitor intelligence. It also analyzes the decisions that biopharmaceutical companies need to make in the process of pharmaceutical discovery, preclinical studies and clinical trials, drugs marketing. The competitive intelligence to support decision-making in the above three stages is also represented. |
