摘    要:目的:探讨在残疾预防计划对广东地区工伤肢残者出院后结局的影响。方法:选取2018年2~7月在我院进行工伤康复的肢残患者160例,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组采取传统医疗康复措施,观察组采取传统医疗康复措施+残疾预防计划措施,观察两组干预前后就业意愿评估,在出院后进行为其三个月的随访,以出院时的就业意愿、出院后三个月内成功复工率、复工后的工作满意度作为职业康复疗效测量指标研究残疾预防计划对肢残者出院结局的影响。结果:两组样本具有可比性,两组样本在干预后的就业意愿发生变化,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组在三个月内成功复工率(89.6%)高于对照组(71.8%),两组差异显著(P<0.05);两组复工人员的工作满意度无显著差异(P>0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,复工人群的工作满意度受工种及公司性质的影响。结论:残疾预防计划有助于提高肢残者出院后的复工率,但对其就业意愿及工作满意度效果不明显;工种、公司性质是肢残者复工后工作满意度的主要影响因素,可以从工种、公司性质两方面设计干预措施以提高肢残者工作满意度。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of disability prevention programs on outcomes after discharge from workers with disabilities in Guangdong. Methods: From February to July 2018,160 patients with limb injuries were recovered in our hospital,according to the order of admission,randomized digital table was randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group. Traditional medical rehabilitation measures were provided to the control group,and traditional medical rehabilitation measures + disability prevention plan measures were provided to the observation group. After three months’ follow-up,the effect of the disability prevention plan on the discharge outcome of the disabled was studied with the employment intention at the time of discharge,the successful recovery rate within three months after discharge,and the job satisfaction after the resumption of work. Results: The two groups of samples were comparable. The employment intentions of the two groups changed after intervention,but the difference between the groups was not significant( P > 0. 01). The successful recovery rate( 89. 6%) in the experimental group was higher than that( 71. 8%) in the control group within three months,the difference between the two groups was significant( P < 0. 05);There was no significant difference in job satisfaction between the two groups( P > 0. 05);multiple linear regression analysis showed that the job satisfaction of the return-up group was affected by the type of work and the nature of the company. Conclusion: The disability prevention plan helps to improve the recovery rate of disabled people after discharge,but the effect on their employment willingness and job satisfaction is not obvious. The type of work and company is the main influencing factor of job satisfaction after returning from work of disabled people. And the nature of the company design interventions to improve the job satisfaction of the disabled.
