应用Trima血细胞分离机4.0版和5.0版软件采集机采血小板的比较

目的 应用Trima血细胞分离机4.0版和5.0版支持软件采集机采血小板，比较两者在采集机采血小板时的效率。方法选择75人次和88人次，分别采用Trima血细胞分离机4．0版和5．0版软件采集机采血小板，对在采集过程中献血者采集前血小板计数、采集前血细胞比容、全血处理量与产品血小板计数、产品白细胞计数、采集时间、采集过程中报警次数等数据采用SPCC统计软件包进行分析。结果 统计学分析显示，应用Trima血细胞分离机4.0版和5.0版软件采集机采血小板，采集产品血小板量后者高于前者；后者采集时间缩短，采集过程中报警次数减少。结论 应用Trima血细胞分离机5．0版软件更适合广东汉族人群的机采血小板的采集。

Objective To evaluation of platelet by version 4 0 and 5 0 system in Trima automated blood collection system Methods 78 and 88 healthy donors are involved in collection of platelets by version 4 0 and 5 0 system in Trima automated blood collection system respectively The pre count of Platelet,pre hematocrit were tested before collection,the donors' total blood volume (TBV),procedure time were configured by the system All products were checked for actual yield Residual leucocyte content of random selected products was also verified in the platelet products In addition,the draw and returen pressure were adjusted and recorded All the data were analysised by SPCC Results These data demonstrate that the version 5 0 system of the Trima automated blood collection system has become more productive and enhanced donor comfort than version 4 0system Conclusion The version 5 0 system of the Trima automated blood collection system has become more available with donors in Guangzhou district
