| 摘 要： | 用尿素注入家兔心包腔做成人工心包炎模型。于术前和术后1、4、7、10、15d6次采血观察谷草转氨酶（GOT）、乳酸脱氢酶同功酶（LDH1）、肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶（CK－MB）3种酶的活力变化，发现CK－MB在术后第一天比术前升高3．7倍，持续10d开始下降。GOT和LDH1上升较慢，高峰在术后第四天，升高幅度是术前的3．08倍和1．6倍。作者认为：血清酶活力的这些变化可能对诊断心包炎有一定价值。 |

| Abstract: | Artifical pericarditis of rabbit was made by injection of carbamide. The change of activity of GOT, LDH and CK-MB enzyme was observed before operation and on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th and 15th day after operation. The CK-MB enzyme was found increasd on the 1st day after operation, it was 3. 7 times of that before operation and it began decreasing on the 10th day. The GOT and LDH increased more slowly, its peak was on the 4th day after operation and it was 3. 8 and 1. 6 times of that before operation. Author claim that the increasing of activity of serum enzyme may be valuable for diagnosis of pericarditis. |
