替米沙坦联合太极拳运动对早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

目的：观察替米沙坦联合太极拳运动对早期糖尿病肾病的临床治疗和康复效果。方法：90例早期DN患者随即分为观察组（替米沙坦联合太极拳运动），替米沙坦组（替米沙坦）及对照组各30例；观察3个月，比较治疗前后患者UAER、β2-MG、血压的变化。结果：治疗后观察组及替米沙坦组尿微量白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、尿β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．01），且较对照组显著降低（P〈0．01），观察组较替米沙坦组下降更为显著（P〈0．01）；三组治疗后收缩压和舒张压较治疗前均有明显下降（P〈0．01），观察组较替米沙坦组和对照组下降更明显，（P〈0．05）。结论：替米沙坦联合太极拳运动对早期DN临床和康复疗效确切，可积极稳定的控制血压和显著减少患者尿蛋白排出。

Clinical observation on effect of Telmisartan combined with Taijiquan movement in the treatment of early diabetic Nephropathy

Objective：To observe the effect of combination of telmisartan and Taijiquan movement on early stage type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods： he 90 early stage type 2 diabetic nephropatby were randomly divided into three groups,observation group （ telmisartan plus Tai- j iquan movement, n=30） ,ARB group （ telmisartan, n= 30） and control group （n= 30）. After 3 months, the patients underwent examinations for changes in the urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER） ,urineβ2microglobulin（β2- MG）,arterial blood pressure before and after treatment. Result： Observation group and ARE group decresased the level of UAER,β2--MG more significantly than before （P〈0. 01） ,and had obviously decreases than control group （P〈0. 0l）,Observation group produced the most obvious reduction compared whith the other group （P〈0. 01）. The arterial blood pressure of the three groups had significantly decreases , Observation group produced the most obvious reduetion（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The combination of telmisartan and Taijiquan movement have good effects on the treatment and rehablitation of early stage type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients and can obviously reduce urinary albumin excretion.
