温阳法治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的：观察温阳法对早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效.方法：将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例.除常规治疗外,治疗组予温阳法中药口服,对照组予西药羟苯磺酸钙治疗,疗程均为8周.观察两组患者治疗前后临床证候积分、空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（P2hBG）、肌酐（Cr）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）;24h尿微量白蛋白（24h UAE）.结果：治疗组在改善临床症状积分、24h UAE方面优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：温阳法中药具有减少蛋白尿、改善肾功能的作用,对早期糖尿病肾病有良好的治疗作用.

Wenyang treatment clinical observation on treating early diabetic nephropathy

Objective：To observe the clinic effect of wenyang Treatment in early diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods：Sixty patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. Except for the routine therapy,the treated group was accepted with Chinese herbs. While the control group was accepted with Calcium Dobesilate Capsule,to analysis the two groups effective after eight week. Before and after treatment, clinical symptom, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, 2h postprandial blood glucose（P2hBG）, sera creatinine （Cr）, glyeosylated hemoglobin（HbA1C） and 24 h urinary albumin excretion（24 h UAE）in both groups were observed. Result：After the treatment, clinical symptom and 24 h urinary albumin excretion（24 h UAE） of the treatment group decreased more significantly than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese herbs of wenyang Treatment has some good effects of reducing the urine protein excrete rate and improving renal function,especially in the patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
