| 摘 要： | 目的:观察白芥子冷灸治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择符合支气管哮喘诊断标准的患儿120例,随机分为实验组、药物对照组。两组患者在急性发作期均采用支气管哮喘常规治疗,实验组加用白芥子冷灸治疗;药物对照组用普米克气雾剂治疗。结论:白芥子冷灸对小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效优于常规药物。白芥子冷灸安全性高,患儿依从性好,适宜于对小儿进行治疗操作。

Clinical comparative study on treating children bronchial asthma by the mustard seed cold moxibustion |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect and safety of treating children bronchial asthma by the Mustard Seed cold moxibustion.Methods:120 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into experimental group,the medicines control group.The two groups of patients with conventional treatment of bronchial asthma in acute exacerbation of the experimental group and the Mustard Seed cold moxibustion therapy;medicines control group treated with pulmicort aerosol.Conclusion:Treating children bronchial asthma by the mustard seed cold moxibustion is superior to conventional drugs.Mustard seed cold moxibustion safe,have a good compliance,and appropriate treatment operations in children. |
