| 摘 要： | 通过分设问诊、体格检查、中医病案书写、疾病诊断、方剂、经典共6站考核,评估实习医师的中医临床技能,探索本科生实习期间,中医内科出科考实施OSCE与传统床边考相结合的考核模式,同时对参加考试的学生进行问卷调查,了解其对改革考试模式的态度和想法.拟以该考核模式与客观结构化考试相接轨,以替代传统的病人床边考.

| Abstract: | The clinical skills of interns were assessed through 6 stations of assessment including inquiry,physical examination,case record writing,diagnosis,formulas and classics.A new mode of clinical examination combined objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) with bedside examination was studied for leaving examination of interns practicing in Chinese internal medicine.The students were asked to fill out a questionnaire for knowing their attitudes and opinions on the new model.The new mode will be integrated with OSCE and take the place of traditional bedside examination. |
