| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析450例临床拟诊急性阑尾炎患者的超声、手术及病理资料.结果:B超诊断急性阑尾炎符合率90%以上,炎症较轻的急性单纯性阑尾炎的诊断符合率为85.7%,化脓性、坏疽性阑尾炎及阑尾周围脓肿的符合率达93%以上.结论:B超对急性阑尾炎检出率较高,具有方便、快捷、无创、可反复...

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic accuracy and its value of B-mode ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:The ultrasonic,operative and pathological data of 450 cases of clinically uncertain acute appendicitis were analyzed in this paper.Results:The results showed that the specificity and positive diagnostic value of ultrasonic diagnosis in acute appendicitis were high,and ultrasonic were more sensitive to suppurative and gangrenous appendicitis.Conclusion:B-mode ultrasound have high coincid... |
