多学科协作下的合理用药监管干预模式实践

目的:通过建立多学科协作下合理用药监管干预的模式,对合理用药的监管的方法进行探索。方法：建立监管干预模式,进行合理用药干预,并解决在干预过程中的问题。结果：通过多学科协作下合理用药监管,医院合理用药情况有明显改进。 结论：我们通过多学科协作干预下合理用药监管模式促进了临床安全合理用药,推动临床药事管理工作,规范医生处方行为,全面提高医疗质量。

Practice of Supervision and Intervention for Rational Use of Drugs with Multidisciplinary Collaboration

OBJECTIVE To establish a new regulatory intervention mode with multidisciplinary collaboration for rational use of drug, and to explore a new method of rational use of drug supervision. RESULTS Irrational use of antibiotics decreased, assistant drug ratio decreased significantly, Combined with three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections is seldom used, the rational use of drug in hospital are improved. CONCLUTION With the supervision of multidisciplinary collaboration, Promoted the clinical rational use of drug and the clinical pharmacy management, Specification for physician prescribing behavior, and to improve the quality of health care.
