S100A2、reprimo在胃腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 检测胃腺癌组织中钙结合蛋白S100A2、reprimo的表达情况,探讨它们在胃腺癌发生发展过程中的作用以及相互作用.方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测 100例胃腺癌组织和20例正常胃黏膜组织中S100A2和reprimo蛋白的表达,分析其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系.结果 在20例正常胃黏膜组织中S100A2、reprimo均呈阳性表达,在100例胃腺癌组织中,其阳性表达率分别为48%、35%,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为18.35、28.36,P<0.01).S100A2和reprimo的表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关(χ2值分别为4.54、10.53、15.71、16.22,P<0.05或P<0.01),S100A2的表达还与胃腺癌分化程度有关(χ2值为6.73,P<0.01).S100A2蛋白的表达与reprimo蛋白的表达呈显著正相关(χ2值为14.91,P<0.01). 结论胃腺癌组织S100A2、 reprimo蛋白表达下调可能与胃腺癌发生发展有关.低的S100A2、 reprimo阳性表达率常意味着肿瘤高的浸润转移能力.S100A2、 reprimo的表达可以作为胃腺癌预后的判断指标.

Expression and clinical significance of S100A2 and reprimo in gastric adenocarcinoma

Objective By detecting the expression of S100A2 and reprimo in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues to investigate their roles and correlations in occurrence and progression of gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods The protein expression of S100A2 and reprimo was detected by immunohistochemistry in 100 specimens of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 20 specimens of normal gastric mucosa.Results (1) The positive rate of S100A2 and reprimo protein in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues was 48% and 35% respectively,and the difference was significant between gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and normal gastric mucosae (χ2=18.35,28.36;P<0.01).The expression of S100A2 and reprimo was related with depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis (χ2=4.54,10.53,15.71,16.22;P<0.05 or P<0.01),and S100A2 protein expression was also related with different grades of adenocarcinoma (χ2=6.73,P<0.01).In addition,the expression of S100A2 was positively correlated with that of reprimo (χ2=14.91,P<0.01).Conclusion The down-regulation of S100A2 and reprimo was related to the occurrence and development of gastric adenocarcinoma.The down-expression of S100A2 and reprimo suggest higher metastatic potentials of gastric adenocarcinoma.Both of S100A2 and reprimo may predict prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
