痔外座液熏洗加四黄膏外敷促进痔术后创面愈合的临床观察

目的:观察痔外座液熏洗加四黄膏外敷促进痔术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:将300例痔术后患者随机分为2组,治疗组150例采用痔外座液熏洗加四黄膏外敷综合治疗,对照组150例采用传统高锰酸钾液(PP液)熏洗加凡士林纱条外敷治疗。结果:治疗组愈合时间为(10.23±2.59)天,对照组为(17.23±2.92)天,治疗组愈合时间短于对照组(P0.01);创面愈合速度治疗组较对照组快(P0.01)。结论:痔外座液熏洗加四黄膏外敷综合治疗可显著促进痔术后创面愈合。

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Treatment of Smoking and Washing with Hemorrhoids Solution and External Application of SiHuangGao for Promoting Wound Healing after Hemorrhoids Operation

Objective：To observe clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of smoking and washing with hemorrhoids solution and external application of S/HuangGao for promoting wound healing after hemorrhoids operation. Method： 300 cases of patients after hemorrhoids operation are randomly divided into two groups. 150 cases of treatment group received the comprehensive treatment of smoking and washing with hemorrhoids solution and external application of SiHuangGao;while the 150 cases of control group received external application treatment with traditional potassium permanganate solution （PP solution） with vaseline gauze. Result： Healing time of treatment group is （10.23±2.59）days： control group is （17.23±2.92） days. Healing time of treatment group is obviously shorter than control group （P〈0.01）： wound healing speed of the treatment group is obviously faster than the control group with remarkable difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Comprehensive treatment of smoking and washing with hemorrhoids solution and external application of SiHuangCao for promoting wound healing after hemorrhoids operation is obviously better than traditional treatment. It is worthy being popularized.
